Who Switch Nutrition Is
Switch Nutrition is an Australian sports nutrition brand with a broader product line that spans hydration, recovery, and general supplements. The brand sits in the local supplement retail and direct channel, with availability through Drink SALTD and supplement specialty retailers.
The Range
Switch's hydration line covers Hydrate Switch (sachets), Hydrate Switch Tub (50 serves), Hydrate (25 serves), Hydrate Caffeine (sachets and tub), Hydrate Perform Sugar Free (tub and 20-serve format), and Hydrate Perform. The breadth means there's a SKU for daily hydration, for pre-workout caffeine paired with electrolytes, and for in-session performance use.
Formulation Notes
Switch's hydration range includes carbohydrate-bearing isotonic-style formulations alongside sugar-free options - the lineup is built around matching format to use case. The caffeine variants (Hydrate Caffeine Tub, Hydrate Caffeine Sachets) combine standard electrolyte profiles with a caffeine dose, similar in concept to Tailwind's Raspberry Buzz or High5's Caffeine Hit.
